Costumers inside Germany
Invoice
Onwards the second order, existing workshop customers or customers associated with an automotive business will be switched to payment by invoice with a payment term of 7 days.
We reserve the right to change the payment method to advance payment or cash on delivery.
Of course, existing workshop customers can also choose the payment options of advance payment or cash on delivery.
Advance Payment
When paying in advance, you can use the following options:
- Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)
- Klarna Instant Bank Transfer
- Paydirekt/ Giropay
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer
After completing the respective order and generating the invoice, you will receive an email with the total invoice amount, our bank details, and the link for payment.
Depending on the timing of the full payment, the shipment will be dispatched on the same day or at the latest on the following working day.
Cash on Delivery
Please note that additional costs will be incurred due to cash on delivery fees.
Customers outside Germany
For customers outside Germany, we can offer payment by cash on delivery (only UPS) or advance payment.
Customers can use the following options when paying in advance:
- Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard) – only with 3DSecure protection
- Klarna Instant Bank Transfer (availability depending on the country)
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer
Once the invoice amount has been received by us, the shipment will be prepared for dispatch.
Handover to a shipping company will take place at the latest on the next working day.
