Delivery conditions
Shipping fees depend on country, postal code, package size and weight.
Recommended shipping type outside of Germany is DHL Express where available.
It will save you time, hassle on customs and has a negligible rate of claims.
However within Europe you can choose regular parcel logistics as well.
Outside Europe we only ship by express.
Shipping notification and tracking
Please specify an email in the repair order form that is sent with your order and you will receive an incoming notification as well as a shipping notification with tracking code.

All prices are excluding VAT. If you are EU consumer 19% German VAT has to be added.
* Standard delivery times are given to us by the transport service provider, hence we can not guarantee for that.

Terms of payment
We offer advance payment through Paypal, Bank transfer and credit card.
The advance payment request will be emailed to you after your order is finished. It will contain a payment link.
On bank transfers we only ship upon receipt of your payment on our account. (We cannot accept payment documents provided in advance!)
We cannot issue a proforma invoice any earlier than when the repair is finished, because the unit can still be un-repairable, checked as OK or the repair can get more expensive e.g. due to prior external intervention. VAT exemption / tax-free invoicing
Switzerland
The following scenarios are possible (only under these conditions we are allowed to issue a tax-free invoice).
- Sender address:
- in Switzerland
- or sender address in Germany and Customs export declaration is available
- Return address:
- in Switzerland
- or return address in Germany and Customs export declaration is available – in this case we first charge the VAT and credit it to you when you send us the Customs export documentation
We are not entitled to make exceptions to the Customs legislation.
Especially with sender- and/ or return address in Germany and missing customs declaration, we can not issue VAT-exempt invoices.
