Heaters of the Hydronic 1 series were installed as auxiliary heating D5WZ or as preheater D5WS within the models Transit / Tourneo and Kuga
At the beginning, the units may fail sporadically until someday it won’t be possible to start them anymore.
Often, a fault code is stored regarding the combustion air fan.
For Eberspächer D5WS/Z units we offer a complete check including test run on our preheater test bench.
Depending on the fault that occurs, we perform a repair of the control unit or a complete overhaul of the heater.
