KG is obliged towards end consumers in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Regulation to take back packaging for our products that does not bear the symbol of a comprehensive disposal system (such as the “Green Dot” of Duales System Deutschland AG) and to ensure that it is recycled or disposed of. The German Packaging Ordinance obliges Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG to ensure that the packaging used is recycled after use. In this context, Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG has concluded a corresponding contract with the company Friedrich Bähr GmbH & Co. KG, Herrmann-Helms-Str. 3, 28279 Bremen-Arsten. The contractual relationship between Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG and Friedrich Bähr GmbH & Co. KG is based on a contractual relationship between Friedrich Bähr GmbH & Co. KG and Zentek GmbH & Co. KG, Ettore-Bugatti-Str. 6-14, 51149 Cologne.
For further clarification regarding returns, the customer can contact Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG for such products: Glaubitz Gmbh & Co. KG, Görlitzer Straße 53, 02763 Zittau
Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG will then inform the customer of a municipal collection point or a disposal company in their area that will accept the packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, the customer – as the end user – has the option of sending the packaging to Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG at the expense of Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG. (Glaubitz Gmbh & Co. KG, Görlitzer Straße 53, 02763 Zittau). The packaging is reused by Glaubitz GmbH & Co. KG or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Regulations.
