Important repair hints (!)
Disassembly instructions: Please only remove the control unit.
Cut the cables to the solenoid valves in such a way that their assembly is possible after the repair with suitable solder or press connectors. After loosening the fastening screws, carefully lift the control unit so as not to tear off the ribbon cable located on the underside of the PSG. Unscrew the rotation angle sensor located in the pump and fix it with the ribbon cable to the pump control unit using suitable means (e.g. cable ties).
When dismantling, make absolutely sure that the flow regulator solenoid valve is not damaged and do not dismantle it either, as this is usually destroyed during dismantling and is not available separately.
