In case the fault symptoms imply a problem with the mechanical part of the transmission controls, you can also send that to as together with the control unit for us to check.

Please package the easytronic with extra care to avoid any damage!
Often the whole unit needs to be replaced, if the master cylinder breaks off (black plastic part with high pressure connection).
