We cannot accept orders from UK or Northern Ireland until further notice.
Do under no circumstances send us your devices until this is resolved. We simply cannot legally return it.
Its a pathetic situation and we are very sorry not to be able to serve you!
The two core issue are UK regulations on VAT and the “confirmation of origin” required for customs.
As of today we still lack a legally binding confirmation on whether we can or cannot send you your devices back to the UK without needing a tax representative in the UK and having to file taxes with the HMRC. Both would be prohibitelvy expensive and complicated for us as a non-UK company.
The confirmation of origin of goods is also unresolved.
Obviously our service which is adding value is done in Germany but we cannot say the same for the electronic devices themselves. Hence we cannot give customs a blanket certification for the origin being in the EU.
